A date with Marga

With Midterms just around the corner and left and right submissions of Case studies, Concept maps and Nursing Care plans, It's been really hard for me to meet up with my first year college barkada (because our sections were reshuffled last year). I mean we rarely hang out and sometimes we don't even see each other in school.

So last Tuesday and Wednesday, I finally got to talk to Marga (We haven't talked for the longest time). We were at SB for 3 hours both days we never got bored. Even if we aren't really the type of friends who would sit down somewhere and share stories or talk over the phone every night.

( I missed you Margs! This was like our ultimate bonding experience haha! but seriously! I like sharing kwentos with you. )

I was reviewing for Pharmacology Unit test while Marga was talking about her love life. HAHAHA! We don't talk about the same things but we manage to understand each other :)

Plus, thank you to the Barista (the name's JP, if i'm not mistaken) for giving us free short peppermint mocha! YEY!

I also got to watch our old chem lab videos during first year on Marga's phone and I terribly miss those days! :(

Although I've been stressing on a lot of things these past few days, I realized that there are really lots of things to be happy about everyday! So smile :)

boo school, hello summer!

finally, finally finally! finals are done, first year of college is done. torture is done (for now)...Gosh! im just freakishly-happy-to-the-max-like-shoot-man-i-wanna-scream-to-death!

Life is good! :> God is love! Summer is awesome!

I honestly don't even remember what happened during my finals, it all seemed so fast and slow at the same time. I don't know how to explain it but really..the agony was worth it. Happiness is truly best achieved when you know you worked hard for it! I didn't fail anything. I'm not an irregular student and although I'm not on the dean's list this sem it's still super okay! College is fun when you don't just give a care! :> (yeah yeah i said that!)

The RLE finals was ok, Thank God The CI who graded me was nice :> heehee, or else..

So! it's officially HELLO SUMMER! (even if it's only for two weeks) Gotta spend it wisely (whuuts?!!!) I hope i get allowed for our ACTION PACKED adventures :>

I can't believe im free! hahaha. and i'm going to Subic tom! Just the right way to start this summer!

Starbucks planner 2010

Thank you Mandee for tweeting about this last night. I've been waiting for the planner since the mid of october and now IT'S FINALLY OUT. Unfortunately, i have no picture of the planner since people are prohibited from taking pictures of the planner inside the SB stores. Is the planner pretty? well, for me it's okay. that's all i can say. It's pretty much the same as last year's except that the cover is somehow velvet-y..uhh you know how felt paper feels like when you touch it? yeah it's like that! =)) haha. It comes in three different covers (nope, not the colors)..I think the covers show the different stages of coffee-making. I'm not entirely sure. :| :)) Another thing that was changed was the layout. Remember how the past planners have horizontal spaces for each day? Now it's vertical, like the belle de jour power planner, only not as detailed. It's still simple and elegant. I prefer the horizontal one though. So, in order to get the planner you need to buy 9 holiday featured beverages (9 stickers) and 8 starbucks beverage of your choice 'cept for bottled beverages, water and fruit juices (8 stickers). That's 17 stickers! :> and i have good news! PEPPERMINT MOCHA IS BACK!!! I LOVE THIS ONE! :)) The planner includes discount coupons :> yey!

I;m so excited for Christmas! When i entered Starbucks awhile ago i felt like it was already Christmas! The red color and snowy decorations excite me! :)
