Brain v Heart

I WANT TO STOP BECAUSE IF I CONTINUE WITH THIS KIND OF MINDSET, I'LL JUST END UP HURTING PEOPLE. AND I DON'T WANT THAT. BUT I CAN'T STOP BECAUSE IF I DO, I'LL END UP HURTING MYSELF.

SO NOW IM CONFUSED.
